What’s included when I go out to a Nightclub, Casino or Restaurant?
When you go offsite to a Nightclub, Casino or Restaurant you are responsible for all costs incurred.
Is there a difference between a Group or Private Catamaran?
Yes. The Group Catamaran Tour is an excursion with a "group" of other tourists (not guests of Senses). Our "Private Catamaran" is only for you or other Senses guests and your Travel Guides. Our Private Catamaran is an add-on service. The cost for a half day is $950.00 US.
What is the average age of your Travel Guides?
Our travel guides are usually between 22 and 28 years of age. All of our guides are sophisticated, well educated, career-minded women who have a passion for travel and adventure. And of course beautiful inside and out. 😉
What is the average age of your clients?
We have a very wide age range of clients. We feel it's not so much about your age but your attitude toward life and willingness to have fun that really matters. With that said, most of our clients fall between 30 and 65 years old with some exceptions on both sides of this range. You're never too old at Senses to experience a world of first-class service and adventure with our beautiful travel guides!
Do all of the Travel Guides speak English?
Yes. All of our travel guides are fluent in English and usually several other languages.
What type of room is included in your nightly rate?
A Junior Suite is included in your nightly rate. For a Master Suite Add $200 per night. See room description on Our Retreat page.
Do you offer any deals?
We offer 3 Ways To Save on your vacation with us. These offers cannot be combined.

- We offer 10% off on Groups of 3 or 4 at our main retreat. If your group is larger please contact us for a custom quote.
- We offer 10% off on any reservation made a minimum of 60 days in advance.
- If you book 4 nights we offer a 5th night FREE.
Note: A minimum of Three (3) nights is required to take advantage of any of our discount offers. Discount offers cannot be used during the high season months of November, December, or January and during special events or Holidays.
How do I make a reservation?
Visit our contact page where you can email us or phone and let us know the dates you're interested in. We will confirm with you shortly whether the dates you are considering are available. Once we confirm your dates are available you will need to make your flight reservations through your travel agent or online booking.
After you have confirmed your desired dates and made your flight reservation, you will fill out our simple reservation form and online deposit.
In order to secure your dates we require a deposit equal to one nights stay which is $1850 deposit for singles and $2350 deposit for couples. The balance is paid upon arrival by certified check, traveler’s checks or cash.
Where are you located?
Our private retreat is located in Punta Cana on the most desirable East Coast of the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic. We are less than a 2 hour flight from Miami. You can fly directly to Punta Cana (PUJ) from many major U.S. cities such as Miami, New York, Atlanta, Chicago and others. Check out our Why us page to learn more.
Do you offer deals for groups?
For groups of 3 or 4 (can also be 3 or 4 couples) we offer a 10% savings on your entire group. Sharing our private villa together with friends/business associates is undoubtedly a wonderful way to experience our retreat.

What do I need to know at the Airport?
You will fly into Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The airport code is PUJ. A passport is necessary. Our VIP Airport Service will walk you through this process upon arrival. As soon as you exit the aircraft just look for a person holding a sign with your name on it. They will walk you to the head of the line and through the immigration and customs processing and to our waiting private driver who will bring you to our retreat. A visa is not required.
Are there any additional costs?
Everything is included in your nightly rate for you to enjoy a first-class adult vacation with us. This includes Accommodation in a Junior Suite at our Private Retreat (For a Master Suite Add $200 per night), one personal Travel Guide each day, all Gourmet Meals and Premium Bar and Snacks at the retreat, VIP Airport Services upon your arrival so you avoid all lines and hassles, round-trip airport transfers with our private driver and our Professional Staff to take care of all your needs in style. You'll have your own Personal Concierge to ensure you have an amazing experience from start to finish.
If you require our driver to provide transportation for any other requirements offsite such as going to a Nightclub, additional excursions, or Restaurant, we will arrange everything but there is an additional cost for the driver. We will also arrange any additional excursions you may wish to experience with your Travel Guide but you are responsible for the additional cost for both you and your Travel Guide of each excursion or off-site activity.
What if my wife wants to come along?
That's perfectly fine and in fact we encourage it. We have many couples who love to experience the adventure we offer together. See our nightly all-inclusive Couples rate on our Rates Page.
What if I want to stay longer?
You can stay as long as you like. See our nightly rate on our Rates Page. We do offer One Free Night if you stay a total of 5 nights.
Do I always have my own driver available?
We include round-trip airport transfers with our private driver. If you require our driver to provide transportation for any other requirements such as going to a Nightclub, Restaurant, or Excursion, we will arrange everything with our private driver but there is an additional charge for the driver.
Can I change my Travel Guide each day?
Yes, you can change your Travel Guide on a daily basis if you wish. You can also request more then 1 Travel Guide per day. Additional Travel Guides are $1000 per day US.
Can I request my Travel Guide before arrival?
Yes, you can request a favorite upcoming Travel Guide prior to arrival and we will do our best to make sure she is available but keep in mind that sometimes travel schedules for an upcoming guide can unexpectedly change. We encourage you to put in a request if you want but wait until you arrive and meet everyone at your welcome cocktail party. That’s where the magic happens anyway! We also allow you to change Travel Guides each day if you want at no extra charge.
All of our Travel Guides are very beautiful but so much of the unique experience that makes Senses special is about connecting with someone based on personality traits as well. This guarantees that your personal guide will be someone you can connect with and who meets your own taste and needs. We actually go to great lengths to select very well-educated, beautiful ladies with great personalities.
Do I have to tip?
The guides and staff will usually be rewarded with tipping although we think it is entirely up to you to decide how much you can tip. Some guests will do a lot while others will be more conservative. In any case the staff will always understand and do their best. The quality of the services will not be affected by how much you tip.
How early in advance do I need to book?
We recommend you confirm reservations at least one to two months in advance, particularly if you are limited to certain dates for travel. We do offer a 10% Discount for reservations made a minimum of 60 days in advance. If you have an opening on short notice (this weekend!), we are quite flexible for individual reservations and may be able to fit you in so it's always worth checking with us. For private groups, more advance notice is recommended for reservations.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: In order to secure your dates we require a deposit equal to one nights stay which is $1850 deposit for singles and $2350 deposit for couples. The balance is paid upon arrival by certified check, traveler’s checks or cash. If you cancel your reservation 60 Days or more before arrival we will provide a Full Refund. If you cancel your reservation between 60-30 Days of arrival we will provide a 50% Refund. If you cancel your reservation less then 30 Days before arrival your deposit is forfeited.
Group Deposits:
In order to secure your dates we require a 50% deposit for the entire group. The balance is paid 30 Days prior to arrival.
What is the environment at the Retreat like?
The atmosphere at our Retreat is a very unique one, a mix of relaxation, fun and wild times but classy. Expect to be happily surprised every time you visit us. This is a home away from home for our members and they are all part of the Senses family.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Any time of the year is a good time to visit. We operate all year round on a weekly basis. Just let us know what dates you are interested in and we will check and confirm availability. Weekend dates (Thursday-Sunday) tend to fill up and sell out first. If you are looking for a weekend date we recommend early reservations.
How long have you been in business?
